Shipping Origin
All products are prepared, packed, and shipped from our own production facility in Antalya, Türkiye. Orders are shipped internationally from Türkiye to the customer's destination country. Tolotun Pet House LLC is the manufacturer and direct seller of all products listed on this store.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Many of our products are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Processing includes finishing, quality control, and secure export packaging before shipment. Once processing is completed, the order is handed over to the carrier in Türkiye.
Shipping Cost
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees (if applicable) are not included in product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship all orders via UPS and trusted international logistics partners. All shipments include tracking information. Tracking details are automatically sent by email once the order is dispatched.
