Step 1: Choose Your Crate

Everything begins with you choosing the crate that fits your dog and your home, whether that is a compact indoor model, a larger design, or one of our corner styles, in the size and finish that suits your space best.

If none of our standard sizes is quite right, you can ask us for a custom, made-to-measure crate built around your dog's exact dimensions, and we are always glad to help you decide before you order.

Step 2: We Handcraft It in Our Workshop

Because we do not keep generic stock on a shelf, your crate is built to order in our family workshop in Antalya, Turkiye, usually over about 3 to 7 business days.

We build with furniture-grade plywood and finish every crate with water-based, pet-safe, non-toxic oils, checking each joint and surface by hand so that what leaves our workshop is something we are truly proud of.

Step 3: We Pack and Ship It to You

Once your crate is finished, we pack it carefully in protective flat-pack packaging that is made to travel safely over long distances, and then we ship it directly to your door.

Delivery usually takes about 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, so most orders are made and delivered within roughly 8 to 17 business days in total, with these timeframes being careful estimates rather than guarantees.

Step 4: Track Your Crate to Your Door

As soon as your crate ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey the whole way to your home.
