At Tolotun Pet House LLC, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
As our products are furniture-grade and made to order, items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
Return eligibility is confirmed after inspection.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference or change of mind, the following conditions apply:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We review all damage claims within 2–3 business days after receiving the required information (photos or videos).
If approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Return Shipping Location
Our products are manufactured in Antalya, Türkiye.
For customers located in the United States, approved returns may be directed to our U.S. return facility to simplify the process.
The correct return address will be provided after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs duties and return customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
